HealthInsight New Mexico has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Albuquerque Journal. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, an independent research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement. Aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection. Only 45 companies in the state were selected for the Top Workplaces award for 2017, so HealthInsight New Mexico is in an elite class. This is the second time the New Mexico office has been named; the office originally received the Top Workplaces distinction in 2013.
“We are an organization focused every day on quality and believe this recognition shows we are walking our talk,” said Margy Wienbar, executive director.
According to WorkplaceDynamics, to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet strict standards for organizational health. Their research has proven that what’s most important to employees is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.
