Comagine Health's Regional Vaccine Consortium brings partners across settings together to understand and address barriers in order to increase vaccination rates. While the focus will first be on COVID-19, we hope to address other important vaccines, including influenza and pneumococcal, in future monthly meetings.
Our next session, Funding Community-Clinical Linkages for Vaccine Dissemination, will feature HealthierHere, an Accountable Community for Health (ACH) in King County, Washington, who will present their work leveraging community organizations and local health systems partnerships to disseminate vaccine information and schedule appointments for community members.
Tavish Donahue, MPH, MA, senior practice transformation manager, will share HealthierHere's mechanism for funding and program rollout, and facilitate a brief Q&A. Comagine Health improvement advisors will be available following the presentation with information on state-specific funding opportunities.
