Comagine Health invites you to join on us tomorrow, Thursday, August 4 for a short session focusing on nutrition for chronic kidney disease (CKD) and what primary care physicians need to know.
Proper nutrition and a healthy diet can delay progression of kidney disease and ultimately the initiation of dialysis, giving patients more time to make important decisions about their care and engage as members of their care team. Join Sharaine Fisher, Renal Dietitian from Fresenius Kidney Care, to learn how proper nutrition protects renal function and the resources available to connect our patients with the right information.
Sharaine Fisher is a Nutrition Services Manager with Fresenius Kidney Care. She has worked in renal nutrition since 1993. In her current role, Sharaine works with an interdisciplinary team focused on improving clinical quality outcomes for dialysis patients and supervises a team of 17 renal dietitians in western Oregon.
