In this hourlong webinar, Catina O’Leary, Ph.D., LMSW President, and CEO at Health Literacy Media, will answer the following questions and more:

  • What is health literacy?
  • How can health literacy can boost engagement?
  • What health literacy strategies can help improve communication?
  • How do evidence-based principles improve the patient experience?
  • How do you know if your written communication is clear?
