Event Summary

This webinar will offer practical tools for developing process workflows in outpatient clinics to diagnose and effectively treat chronic kidney disease (CKD).
This webinar is intended for providers, nursing staff, medical assistants and office staff involved with scheduling protocols.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Describe strategies to assess rates of CKD testing and diagnosis in primary care settings.
  • Identify interventions that can reduce cardiovascular risk for people with CKD.
  • Articulate approaches to improve co-management of CKD with nephrology.
