This event is presented by Comagine Health, a Medicare Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization under contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The Medicare Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) is a once-a-year, prevention-focused visit between a patient and a primary care provider. The Medicare AWV is a valuable opportunity to build strong relationships with patients, teachable moments to inspire health improvements and coordination of screening and prevention services. Comagine Health invites physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, certified nurse midwives, billing office staff, coders, clinic managers and other healthcare professionals to join us for an informative webinar reviewing components of the AWV.

About the Speaker

Lori Weber, CPC, has served as the Medicare Part B fee-for-service provider education representative for with Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC since 2006. Her territories include American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Oregon and Utah. After 16 years, she continues to love assisting and educating the provider community.
