This Million Hearts Learning and Action Network has spanned five years and has included provision of technical assistance and resources, including monthly webinars, to its participants. Please join us this month as Edy Taylor, Comagine Health project manager in New Mexico, provides an overview of our work conducted over the last five years, including key strategies and interventions, successes and lessons learned, impacts and key results, and effects on communities and consumers. We'll also discuss what we know at this point about the types of health care quality improvement activities Medicare intends to fund for the next five years.
