Comagine Health Partnership Welcome Webinar 2

Comagine Health, formerly Qualis Health and HealthInsight, is leading the Partnership to Reimagine Health Care, a new initiative designed to help you improve care for Medicare patients while meeting requirements and maximizing reimbursements.

As the Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) for Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington, Comagine Health invites you to join us for a brief 30-minute webinar to learn more about the Partnership to Reimagine Health Care and what it offers, including:

  1. Curated information, resources, tools and best practices that align with the Partnership to Reimagine Health Care aims
  2. Access to data reports that provide insight for your improvement initiatives and the care delivered in your community
  3. Learning events that promote adoption of best practices and peer-to-peer learning

Presenters

Kate Elliott is the vice president of systemwide quality improvement at Comagine Health, where she supports a diverse portfolio of health care transformation and quality improvement projects. She leads the systemwide quality improvement operations team, which is responsible for business and contract operations for a division that includes more than 100 staff across several states, working on dozens of state and federal contracts. 

Sarah Woolsey, MD, MPH, is board-certified in family medicine and a current medical director with Comagine Health for Utah quality improvement activities and the regional health improvement collaborative. She co-chairs the Utah Partnership for Value, a multi-stakeholder group that forwards value health care delivery and patient engagement in Utah. Dr. Woolsey has worked in primary care for 20 years with underserved populations in Salt Lake City as a full-spectrum family physician.
