Through the Partnership to Reimagine Health Care, Comagine Health’s adult immunization team is aligning with our community partners to improve adult vaccination rates across our six state QIN-QIO region of Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Vaccines are an important step in protecting adults against serious and sometimes deadly diseases. Adults 65 and older are at an increased risk of serious health complications from many of these common preventable diseases, such as influenza, pneumonia and COVID-19.
The primary purpose of vaccines is to prevent serious illness, hospitalization and death. We offer direct technical assistance, collaborative and educational events and evidence-based resources to help our communities improve on adult immunizations.
