Making Oregon Vital for Elders

This online course is for caregivers, CNAs and others who support older adults. You'll learn about:

  • The definition of person-centered care and hear it described by many different experts who have followed its principles for years
  • TRACK, a self-reflection tool, and how it can be used when providing care for older adults

The course was developed by Making Oregon Vital for Elders (MOVE) on behalf of Oregon Department of Human Services – Aging and People with Disabilities.  Funding for this project was provided by a grant from the Oregon Quality Care Fund.
