Comagine Health, in partnership with Theresa Watts, has developed an immunization status tracker to assist nursing homes with collecting and organizing resident immunization status quickly and easily. The tracker features a convenient drop-down menu for vaccine selection, corresponding NHSN questions to eliminate confusion and a summary page.
