This session outlines concrete actions that participants can take to advance vaccine uptake and strategies to improve vaccine hesitancy among patients.

Due to the complex nature of COPD care, patients are high hospital utilizers. Health care workers in assisted living facilities, adult family homes, respite care providers, community residential service providers and others who provide care to the elderly or persons with disabilities are encouraged to attend this 2-part series.
