This guide, developed by the Partnership to Advance Tribal Health (PATH), is provided to support facilities’ preparation efforts for implementing and sustaining compliance around new/updated TJC standards. It contains an action plan template with all of the most recent Joint Commission standards effective as of January 2023. This tool was developed November 2022, so please confirm with the TJC website on new standard changes.
