From 2019 to 2024, the Comagine Health Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) worked to improve care for people with Medicare while reducing provider burden in six Western states — Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington — a region home to approximately 2.4 million beneficiaries.

To summarize this important work, we have developed a report that documents our intervention strategies and highlights accomplishments and lessons learned.
