The Wellness Integrated Network of Nevada (WINN) is a collaborative effort co-led by Comagine Health, Access to Healthcare Network, and Dignity Health, Quality Technical Assistance Center.
Every community is unique, with complex health care delivery challenges. One way for communities to come together to create solutions that best serve their populations is to form a community coalition. Coalitions reflect on the unique needs of the community and help to establish communication channels and shared resources that will enable all partners to work together to improve health care.
